Working with Birchtree Catering is always a pleasurable experience.  Their food is always fresh and creative using local and seasonal ingredients. For the Fall special, they incorporate the fall seasonal ingredients such as pumpkin and butternut squash and create some of these delicious menu: Butternut Squash Triangle, Curried Pumpkin Tarts, Forest Mushroom Phyllo Bytes. Yummm-oooo…my mouth is watery just by writing this.

Not only that their food is a delish, their service is also extraordinary.  Birchtree can handle all the planning aspects of your event, from waitstaffs and bartenders to rental and décor. They create a unique menu style that meets your request and then focus on the details to make your party special.

I’ve been following Amy Atlas for the longest time. She’s kind of the “Martha Stewart” of event planning for me. If you haven’t already, check out her blog, sweet designs, for inspiration, she literally covers all the great things about event planning, decor and all related stories in the field.

On her recent post, she posted this design-pattern board to help identify patterns name and inspiration with decorating associated with particular pattern. This is very helpful to know when you go shopping for your event and trying to explain what pattern you’re looking for. She will have a guide board for florals as well in the future.

TRUST, unlike any other venue in Philadelphia, is the perfect setting to have a modern chic and elegant private event. It is located in the heart of Philadelphia’s vibrant and historic old city district. The venue itself has plenty of history. It was once a bank, a church, then the home for the cast of the Real World Philadelphia.

We LOVE the space at TRUST. It is like a canvas that is waiting to be transformed into an art. There are so many possibilities you can do to the space and live it up to your imagination to make your event very special.
